Violet Smoothie Of The Month

Noon = time for a smoothie. Let me present to you this month’s favourite!

It is:

  • fresh

  • full of healthy ingredients

  • energizing

  • delicious

ingredients

For a cup:

  • spinach (approx. 30 g - if frozen)

  • blueberries (approx. 70 g - if frozen)

  • carrot (1 - approx. 40 g)

  • banana (1/2)

  • nuts of your choice (approx. 10 g)

  • spirulina powder

  • lactose-free kefir

  • water

Topping:

  • goji berries

  • hemp seeds

  • špinača (cca. 30 g - če je zamrznjena)

  • borovnice (cca. 70 g - če so zamrznjene)

  • korenje (1 - cca. 40 g)

  • banana (1/2)

  • najljubši oreščki (cca. 10 g)

  • spirulina v prahu

  • kefir brez laktoze

  • voda

Posip:

  • goji jagode

  • konopljina semena


Method

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a uniform texture. Serve smoothie in a cup and sprinkle with some goji berries and hemp seeds.
