Beetroot Crunchies

These crunchy slices of fresh beetroot are sprinkled with magical dust. They taste just as delicious—ideal snack or topping. Trust me!


INGREDIENTS: For 1-2 servings, you will need one medium beetroot and spices of your choice. I used salt, turmeric, and curry.

METHOD: Preheat the oven at 190°C, peel and cut the beetroot in halves, and slice it in very thin slices (like chips). Spread on the baking tray, sprinkle over the spices, salt, and bake for about 20 minutes or until the slices become crunchy and develop a great smell.
