Zucchini & Basil Spread

Za 200 g kozarec:
bučke (2 majhni)
sveža bazilika (cca. 5 listov)
svež origano (nekaj listkov)
česen v prahu

For 200 g jar:
zucchini (2 small)
fresh basil (approx. 5 leaves)
fresh oregano (few leaves)
garlic powder (a dash)
salt
Method
Wash the zucchini and grate them. Before putting zucchini in a saucepan, dry them off as much as possible, using a fine strainer. Add some coconut oil, salt, garlic powder, and saute until they soften and lose the excess water (about 8 minutes).
Strain again and put in a food processor, together with the basil and oregano leaves.
Mix until the mixture becomes almost entirely smooth. Fill the jar and enjoy it with your favourite bread or use it as a base for pesto.
