Copenhagen feels like my second home, as I’ve spent more than 200 days in this city (studying, working and exploring). I especially love it for the inspiring & innovative atmosphere, modern architecture and omnipresent sea.

I collected all my favourite places (70+) and created a “Google My Maps” to share my enthusiasm for this city with you - it features everything from tourist attractions to some more or less secret spots and my favourite viewpoints - sometimes a small bridge can offer the most beautiful view... I’ve only included places I would visit (again), apart from a few places I haven’t had the chance to visit yet but have heard good things about. All the photos you see on the map are mine - some taken in autumn, others in winter.

My favourites:

*I think the best way to get around Copenhagen is by bike (just not when it’s super windy). Buses aren't the most reliable mode of transport, but trains are (perfect if you're leaving the airport or visiting Louisiana, also Arken).

HAVE IN MIND THAT:

• I’m more of a nature girl than a city girl

• I prefer contemporary and modern over older works (art, architecture…)

• I like winter bathing and everything that has to do with the sea

• I’m a big fan of photography
